Refund Policy

At KaribaWorld, we are committed to providing valuable services to support your personal and professional growth. We understand that circumstances may sometimes change, and you may need to request a refund. Our refund policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are granted, ensuring transparency and fairness for all our members.

subscription fees

Fees are subject to occasional updates but will always be current at the time of activating your membership. Subscription options will be displayed before payment and activation are complete. Please note that the selected option can only be changed after the current subscription period has expired. You will receive a notification when your subscription is about to expire.

mentorship fees

KaribaWorld has invested in recruiting experienced and well-qualified professionals to participate in our mentorship program. If a mentor, due to unavailability or other reasons, cancels two consecutive sessions with a mentee, the mentee may request an alternative mentor with equal or greater qualifications. If KaribaWorld is unable to provide an alternative mentor, a refund will be issued to the affected mentee.

Contact the KaribaWorld support team at info@karibaworld.co.za. Please include details explaining why you are requesting a refund, along with your payment information. We recommend providing as much supporting information as possible to facilitate the review. Our team will assess your request and respond within 5 business days. If approved, the refund will be processed within 7-14 business days.

non-refundable services

The following are non-refundable: completed mentorship sessions, professional CV services, and subscription fees for ongoing subscriptions.
